Our Mission:

To Enable Capacity Development to Translate into Verified Economic Outcomes

In a rapidly evolving digital economy, skills alone are not enough. Individuals need structured pathways that translate capacity development into employability and income, supported by systems that enable sustainable participation.

Ostathi bridges this gap through an integrated digital workforce system connecting skills, certification, and marketplace access to verified income — strengthening human capital, advancing inclusion, and enabling measurable outcomes. The Workforce and Entrepreneurship Engine (WEE™) is available to download as a structured reference.

What We Do:

A Marketplace for Growth

Ostathi is more than a tutoring platform — it is a digital ecosystem for learning, earning and inclusion, serving interconnected communities of learners, trainers and consultants.

For Learners: Students & Professionals

We provide direct, on-demand access to a global network of vetted tutors, trainers, and consultants. From K-12 learning to career-focused upskilling, Ostathi connects learners to opportunities that build knowledge, employability, and income — a single destination for inclusive, personalized growth

For Instructors: Tutors & Trainers

We offer a complete, ready-to-launch solution that empowers instructors with integrated tools for scheduling, secure payments, and virtual delivery — enabling them to teach globally, earn locally, and grow sustainably with full autonomy and zero overhead

The harder approach

Ostathi operates a South-South knowledge transfer model. Each country platform is designed around the cultural, institutional, and labour market reality of its operating context — built with local educators, aligned to local curricula, grounded in the educational standards of the country it serves. The platform a learner uses in Amman is built differently from the one used elsewhere.

What sits behind Ostathi

Ostathi was built by UniHouse — an international advisory firm with two decades of work designing and measuring structured capacity development systems for governments, multilateral institutions, and global industry. UniHouse has been featured by The Daily Telegraph for digital innovation and UK export excellence, and officially recognised by the UK Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office.
